This No-Bake Cottage Cheese Cake is awholesome dessert that satisfies your sweetcravings while providing a boost of proteinand fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup walnut
  • 2 tbsp Honey*
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine rolled oats, shreddedcoconut, finely crushed walnuts or almonds, honey ormaple syrup, melted coconut oil (alternatively meltedbutter), and a pinch of salt.Pulse the mixture until it forms a sticky, crumblytexture.

  • Line the base of an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan withparchment paper.Transfer the crust mixture into the cake pan. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom to form aneven crust layer. You can use the back of a spoon oryour fingers.
